Does “One-Time Membership” really mean that I never have to pay a membership fee again?
Are there any annual fees associated with Membership?
With a “One-Time Membership” how long does my listing remain active?
Your listing remains active indefinitely until one of the following occurs.
1. If you cancel your membership, at which time we will remove your listing from our website and database.
2. If we, for reasons out of our control, can no longer continue to publish our website. This, of course, is not our desire or intention, but due to the unpredictability of life, we can’t rule out exceptional and unprecedented situations that may prevent us from being able to publish our website.
Does Ultimate Art Guide earn any commissions on sales when I make them?
No. We do not make any commissions on any sales. Our goal is to serve our members by simply making the introduction between you and the art buyer through our website. The sales transactions are between you and the buyers.
How do I cancel my membership or have my listing removed from the website?
You may cancel your membership at any time by writing to us at UltimateArtGuide@gmail.com. Once we receive your cancelation in writing, we will remove your listing from our website and database. Simply let us know that you want your membership canceled.
When will my listing be published on the website?
Your listing will be published within two weeks of your submission. Usually, it will take less time for us to publish your listing, but at times we are busier than expected and may need the extra time.
Can I make changes to my listing?
Yes. You may update your listing at any time after it is initially published. There is a $10 fee per update. To do so simply visit this link and click on the appropriate button. Once your update is submitted one of our team members will update your listing for you. This process may take up to two weeks. Once your listing is updated we will send you an email so you can proof-read and fact-check your update.
Can I make updates more than once?
Yes. You may update your listing as little or as often as you’d like. There is a $10 fee per update.
How will the Ultimate Art Guide be marketed?
Our website will be marketed and advertised primarily on social media at the beginning, starting with Facebook and then Instagram. SEO will also be implemented and enhanced as we grow so we appear in search engines such as Google. Social media sharing and word-of-mouth will also help us grow. Press releases will also be sent to art publications and other media outlets for potential editorial coverage, hence broadening our audience. Email marketing campaigns will also be implemented to reach our current art buying and art-loving contacts, numbering in the thousands.
If I am an artist working in more than one medium can I purchase more than one membership?
Yes, if you’d like to be featured in more than one medium in our medium directory, you may purchase more than one membership. However, if you’ve mentioned your other mediums in the descriptive text of your first membership listing, then you will appear in searches under that category already.
Can I get more exposure than just the standard listing?
At this time, we are only offering a standard listing. However, as we grow, we will be considering other ways for you to get more exposure through your membership.
Can I get a refund?
No. Membership fees and update fees are non-refundable.
